We give your pet the best care when you can't be there. Reservations are recommended as soon as possible, especially during summer & holiday seasons. If it becomes necessary to change or cancel your reservations, please notify us as early as possible, so that we may book someone from our waiting list. Policies
At Check-In, please allow us several minutes to verify shot records and to acquaint ourselves with your pet and its medical history. Be sure to bring shot records, medications and instructions, as well as a telphone number(s) in case of emergency.
We De-flea All Pets on Arrival
Monthly flea drops must be applied IN OUR OFFICE upon entry to kennel, or we will deflea pet (Capstar) at owner's expense. NO EXCEPTIONS! We also offer FrontLine Plus for sale.
Medications and Special Instructions
Be sure to bring medications and special instructions, as well as a telephone number in case of emergency.
Checking Out
Check out time is 1:00 P.M. We accept payment by cash, check, or credit card at time of departure. We accept ALL major credit cards.
All pets are charged for day of admission. Pets picked up after 1:00 P.M. (or on Sunday) will be charged for that day. Again, please allow several minutes for checkout in order that we may provide you with good service.
